2023 started off with a bang, bringing us yet another exciting project- we were hired to create a special, programmed, animatronic Android for Keysight Systems, for their exhibit in the 2023 Consumer Electronics Show. Before this, we had been to CES in Las Vegas a few years ago, where we created all of the giant programmed Mechanical Figures for GOOGLE’s 2019 CES ride exhibit.
We rented our Swamp Monster costume and Zsa Zsa alien mask for a Dramamine photo shoot ad campaign.
We rented our animatronic Gorilla costume for an EOS Shaving Cream commercial, and our Shark Fins for more episodes of Shark Week.
2022
We created another Doctor Bombay mask and costume for Snoop Dogg, to be in a kid’s show he is developing.
We also created an 11APE DJ mask for the E11EVEN Nightclub in Miami. It is truly a small world in some respects- our two Bored Ape meme mask version characters actually met up.
We were proud to assist the Masked Singer show in creating two new costumes -Medusa and The Lamp- for their 2023 season (9th season). The Medusa singer, Bishop Briggs, went on to win this year’s competition. We created the Medusa headpiece and mask of writhing snakes plus a belt of writhing snakes. For The Lamp, we created a lightweight but tough, three foot wide Tiffany stained glass shade.
Doritos hired us to create Sparky, the new, hot mascot costume for Flaming Hot Doritos. We created a gigantic Cherry Stem for an actor to tug on for a Jolly Rancher candy commercial.
For It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Season 16, Episode 6, “Risk E Rat’s Pizza and Amusement Center,” we created full prop figures of Risk E. Rat and Justine Rat.
